Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration is designated as Delhi, binding both parties to its jurisdiction.

9. Travel, Stay, and Food Expenses:

I acknowledge that all expenses related to travel, lodging, and meals during the trials shall be borne solely by me. Neither T10-STCL nor Significant Sports and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. holds any liability in this regard.

10. Misconduct and Termination:

In cases of misconduct, misbehavior, or rule violations during the trials, T10-STCL reserves the right to terminate my registration without prior notice. 13. Non-Transferability of Registration:

Registration for T10-STCL trials is non-transferable to any other individual, venue, or date. Any attempt at transfer shall render the registration null and void.
